Trying to get a hold of Anna's linens and things

Tried calling in reference to a card I have for credit. Why can't I get an answer? It seems that I have to use 100 words for this to even go through. My problem is you took my money but when it came for a refund I was told I waited to long. I had a receipt so why the problem? I would like to speak to someone so I can get this matter straightened up. You kept the merchandise so why can't I get my money. Who is in charge and who can I contact. I can understand why you closed if this is how you treat people

Merchandise Credit

I know Annas Linens has closed up their stores however I was wondering if there is anyway to purchase from them online? I have a Merchandise Credit Card with $107.00 on it and feel its unfair I am unable to use the card someone spent money on it for me. Isn't there anyway at all to be able to buy from any store online? It is very frustrating to be holding on a Christmas present and not be able to use it. Does anyone have any knowledge at all about this situation?

It says I have to use at least 100 words and I really didn't need that many so now I've used that many!

Anna's linen has reopened under new management in visalia ca as of August 15, 2016. Check to see if it may have reopened in an area close to you

I ordered a 10 piece comforter set Fretworks online for $59.99 and then it went on sale for $39.99 and I emailed before the 14 days and they never got back to me. I requested a refund or a price match and they said they would get back to me.  When I called them they said it was too late because it had been passed the 14 days and I told him I had already emailed them and they just kept skirting around the issue. This 10 piece comforter set is not quality material, there were threads hanging out on the edge of the comforter and one pillow has already split at the seams. I may have paid $39.99 for this 10 piece comforter set but it definitely is not worth $59.99. Anna's linens has never got back to me in an email or refunded me any money. I believe       their customer service is not accommodating the customer.   they just want to get as much money as possible and do not honor their price match policy nor did they reply to emails. If you want to purchase from Anna's linens go into the store and examine the product and the quality. When you order online you never know what you're going  to get.  I believe after one washing of this comforter that it is not going to hold together. Not quality material!

Attempted to Return a Defective Item back to Anna's Linens - No Returns

On July 16, 2015, My husband, John Jacob purchased a ironing board cover from Anna's Linens - 4241 W. Camp Wisdom Rd, Dallas, TX 75237.

He took it home & attempted to put the cover on our ironing board; it was torn and he was unable to use it. He went right back to Anna Linen's & was informed due to all sales final, they would not even do an exchange. How was he suppose to know this item was defective, in a package??????? And there were no signs regarding all sales final, this was done afterwards.

If they are going out of business, the manager should have happily let him do an exchange or give him his money back, that's ridiculous! No wonder they are going out of business. Its not about the cost of the item, its the principle. What would it hurt to do an exchange.

He was so upset, he left the piece of junk there.

This issue still need resolving asap and he should be compensated with a gift card or able to select something from the store. Really don't want to do business with them at all.

That is not the reason why Annas Linens went out of Business. Before the liquidation process, returns and exchanges were done with no questions asked. Just try and understand that they are only doing their job and following policy with the liquidation in process.

Bought slippers at Anna's Linen I put the slipper on in less than 1 hr. the slipper flap came off.

I purchase some slippers at Anna's Linen Store. When I came home I put them on and in a 45 minutes, the one of the flaps tore off. I went to exchange it and as soon as I got home I put those on and in less than 1/2 an hour flap tore off again. I called and they said that the only thing they could do is give me an exchange for the same *** slippers or file a claim at the bankruptcy court. All I ask was for them to exchange it for something else. Put manager said No.

Annas Linens Return Policy Review from El Paso, Texas

Today I went to the store Anna's Linnes in El Paso, Texas Zaragoza branch. They're closing all the stores and I tried to returned 4 balances because at the first wash was completely destroy. One person Fernando hernandez from Gordon brothers I don't have my receipt and he was very rude with me and he wants a statement from my bank because I pay with my debit card and I said him that it's gone a cost me 6 dlls to obtain the statement and he saw my debit card and said that I need to change of bank. He said that he's not going to make the change of balances because I can't read the instructions that said Hand wash and I was pisset off for that and said that he doesn't can't read that at the washer is one option that said hand wash and is for delicate things. He started insult me all the time and more than five person not included the employees they are listening and I said him that have some respect to me and all the persons and he continues with the insults. And finally he said that doesn't care because their closing the store. How one manager can be rude with the persons only because their closing the store.

I would like to make complaint of the store managers!!

Today when I entered the store, explained that I rec. an email, saying all comforters set and bed in a beg are in sale for 40%, well instead of checking their e-mail, the store manager here in San jose, name Katelin, threw her keys on the cashier counter, the other two cashiers also witnessed this. After looking she did she it was 40% off. She didn't even apologize to me. I am the one buying and spending my money, so what seem to be the problem??. I don't they have the right to treat the customers in an rudely manner.

Come on, as it is the customers from Anna's were horrible while it was a viable company, now they just plain SUCK!!! Get over it...

The absolute WORST customer service ever! I ordered a queen sized comforter set from Anna's and received a California King! I called and e-mailed their customer service and was told that I ordered a California King size so they would not send me a return label. No one in my home has a California King size bed, so why in the world would I ever order that size bedding? I will NEVER order from Anna's Linens again!!!!

Garbage products

Over the years, since Stroud's went out of business, I have purchased towels and sheets from Anna's on a few occasions. What a bunch of garbage they sell! The towels are linty, and I recently paid $100.00 for a set of Cal King sheets for my bed. The bottom fitted sheet is just one giant piece of material with elastic sown all the way around it, with no definitive sides or top/bottom. The top sheet is so crooked it never lays evenly on the bed. Imported ***. Save your money, pay a little bit more and buy products from one of the few remaining mills in America.

Attitudial store manager at store 618 in Fayetteville

The manager in Fayetteville has a horrible attitude when asked for help in store. What also bugged me was the face that I also witnessed a worker standing by the door for her bag to be checked. I thought to myself, do they not trust their own employees to do the right thing and leave without stealing. That is just a little degrading in my personal opinion. However I did experience good customer service with I believe her name is Desiree, I just moved here from California and she explained what a Fan of Anna's card is and how it will help me keep updated with the latest coupons and sales ads and she signed me up with one in less than a minute. Me n friend was purchasing some items and the credit card was not working and the cashier said your card is de magnetized and he said I just used my card and it was fine 10 mins. Ago she then ask for i.d. which he gave her then I told her to try by putting card in plastic bag and then try swiping it so she did and still could not get it to work.so she called supervisor for help so I tried it with plastic bag trying to help her out then supervisor walks up yelling no no you can't do that so I said Ooh sorry she then ask for my friends I'd again she I then said why r u ask ing for i.d. again your employee already verified his info why are you asking for i.d. again that's not right she then replied to me I didn't see it therefore I have to see it and I replied I feel like we are being treated like criminals. That was very insulating she then replied rudely this is my store so I snatched the recipient and she told me to get out and I then replied that's it we don't want merchandise give us money back and I will be following up the corporate.
